1.PU Sanddwich Panel:

1. The panel is coated with stainless steel and plastic color steel.The metal plate and the heat insulating core material are injected with heavy pressure injection machine one time and bolding .Strengthen the strength and rigidity of the board.
2.Adopt the concave and convex groove form,and the inner eccentric fishing lock box is use and two boards are sealed with a sealing material,so that our panel have good heat insulation.

Cold storage installation steps:
Step 1. Assembled all floor panels
Step 2. Assemble the wall panels
Step 3. Put up the roof panels and hang the air cooler to the roof panel
Step 4. Assemble the door[sliding door and hinged door optional]
Step 5. Fix the compressor unit at a place with good ventilation
Step 6. Connect the compressor unit and air cooler, vacuum the system and charge refrigerant
Step 7. All cable finally connected to the electricity box, get the power connected
Step 8. Finished and get ready for turning on after the compressor have been warmed up
